Since joining Ravisloe in 2019, Chef Yanira has been an integral part of our culinary team. With a seamless transition from our fine dining sister property, La Voute Restaurant, Chef Yanira brings a wealth of expertise to her role as our first in-house head chef, overseeing both our golf and wedding operations. Leading her team with unwavering passion and confidence, Chef Yanira consistently delivers outstanding dishes that leave a lasting impression on our guests. Her dedication to culinary excellence ensures that every dining experience at Ravisloe is nothing short of exceptional.
Event Manager
Carmen Lowry
Carmen's journey with Ravisloe began over 10 years ago as a server with Events Catering. In 2022, she embraced a new role as an event manager. In addition to her work at Ravisloe, Carmen is a dedicated full-time School Counselor in Lansing, Illinois. Her background and training enable her to lead her team with patience and consistency, while also remaining flexible and open-minded in the face of last-minute changes or unexpected situations. Carmen takes great joy in getting to know the bride, groom, and their families on a personal level, as it allows her to create a truly memorable and special day for everyone involved.
Event Manager
Liz Burman
Liz has been a valuable member of Ravisloe’s team since the summer of 2022, serving as an event manager. In addition to her role at Ravisloe, Liz holds a master's degree in Educational Leadership and currently works as a math specialist in Flossmoor. Living in Homewood, Liz and her family are dedicated supporters of small businesses. With a passion for event planning and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Liz takes great pleasure in assisting and orchestrating memorable experiences for our guests. Her attention to detail and dedication to excellence ensure that every event at Ravisloe exceeds expectations.
Banquet Consultant
Gene O'Connor
Gene has been an integral part of Ravisloe Weddings since our establishment in 2009. Initially, as the owner of Events Catering, he provided exceptional food and staff for our weddings from 2009 to 2019. Now, in 2021, we are thrilled to welcome Gene back to the Ravisloe team as a banquet consultant. His extensive experience and expertise in the industry make him an invaluable asset, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and support throughout their planning process.

Jen Garrett
Jen, our head server, brings over 20 years of industry experience to Ravisloe since joining us in 2021. With her extensive knowledge and expertise, she leads our dedicated serving team during events and provides valuable support to our event managers. Jen's primary focus is to guarantee that our guests receive exceptional service, and she takes great pleasure in delivering a memorable and enjoyable experience to everyone involved.

Ayn Pryszcz
Since joining Ravisloe in 2013, Ayn has been dedicated to providing exceptional service to our valued guests. Recently, in 2021, she has taken on the role of head bartender, furthering her commitment to delivering a memorable experience. Alongside her family and beloved dog, she is proud to call charming Beecher her home. With a strong dedication to superior customer service, her goal is to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all who visit Ravisloe.

Johanna, the Director of Marketing and Events, joined team Ravisloe in 2018.
